To purchase one of the products in the ErgoConcept range, nothing could be simpler! Two solutions are available to you: Contact the ErgoConcept manager in your area by consulting the Reseller section or contact your usual ErgoConcept authorized Reseller.
You can view our product range at one of our 1,300 authorized ErgoConcept resellers.
ErgoConcept supplies its adjustment consoles exclusively to its authorized dealers. If you need to adjust your chair, we invite you to visit your usual dealer.
International regulations governing the transport of lithium batteries prohibit the transport of lithium batteries with an energy exceeding 300 Wh, but most of our batteries (wheelchairs, scooters, or Ergo Atlas) do not exceed this energy and are therefore compatible with air transport. The batteries in our products are lithium batteries (the letter « L » after the model reference designates this technology) and are considered « dry » batteries. A transport certificate can be provided upon request to this email address. PLEASE NOTE! Before traveling by air, please contact your airline in advance to confirm the transport conditions for your mobility solution.

Yes, the Ergo08L 2.0 batteries are fully compatible with air travel. PLEASE NOTE! Before traveling by air, please contact your airline to confirm the transportation requirements for your mobility solution.
No. The batteries installed natively on the Ergo09L model are NOT compatible with air transport. However, you can order a specially designed battery for this purpose from your usual ErgoConcept Authorized Dealer.
After-sales service
Individuals: Is your mobility solution experiencing a breakdown or malfunction? Don’t panic. First, contact the retailer who sold you the ErgoConcept product or the authorized ErgoConcept retailer nearest you. Businesses: As a retailer, simply send the following information to the customer service email address: – a photo of your wheelchair or scooter, pointing at the area affected by the breakdown – your wheelchair’s serial number.
